Join a Relaxing, Guided, Healing Meditation with Vanessa Westwell. These are now being held online via Zoom, on selected Mondays throughout the year – see dates below.
This is a wonderful time for you to Relax, Refresh, and Connect to Source Energy, during this beautiful Guided Healing. You do not need to have meditated before to receive the benefit of this Healing.

Vanessa will introduce the Theme for each Meditation. There will be some time for discussion. Then, you can make yourself comfortable and the Healing will follow. You can lie on the floor, couch, or on your bed, whichever is most comfortable for you.
There will be time at the end of the Session for some brief, closing comments. However, you can choose to leave before that, to stay in a state of relaxation. Whatever feels best for you.
