Sessions are carried out online via Skype, WhatsApp, or Zoom video calls. This Session lasts 60 minutes.
If you are very busy, you can arrange for a Proxy Session, which means that Vanessa will carry out the Session without you being present. You will be sent a Zoom Recording of the Session, which you can download and watch when it is convenient.
